As an avid garlic lover, I constantly search for ways to make peeling, prepping, and cooking with garlic easier. Previously, I wrote about how to peel garlic quickly and easily. Recently, as I work toward preparing dishes in a more conscientious and less wasteful way, I learned how to freeze garlic to use at a later time! Here, I will teach you how to freeze whole, peeled cloves as well as minced and pureed garlic. The summer months mean good food and good company–just think of barbecues with family in the backyard and picnics with friends in the park. Some of my favorite southern shared foods are deviled eggs. Because I love them so much, I went on to share two recipes on my blog: classic southern deviled eggs and kimchi deviled eggs. Now, I want to share a list of some different deviled egg recipes you can make at home in preparation for summer fun! While some are more traditional, others take a new twist of this southern appetizer and potluck classic! 

Deviled eggs, also known as stuffed eggs or dressed eggs, are a type of finger food made from hard-boiled eggs. Once hard-boiled, you then shell, half, and fill the egg whites with a mixture made from the egg yolk and other ingredients. Here, we make deviled eggs using Korean ingredients.
