Bingsu (빙수), also spelled as bingsoo in English, is a Korean dessert made by topping shaved ice with various sweet flavorings. Typically, people make the shaved ice base using milk, condensed milk, and/or water. Then, they top the shaved milk ice with different types of ingredients. These toppings include sweetened condensed milk, ice cream, fruits, nuts, red beans, fruit syrups, purees, and more!
